TNFAIP8L3 (TNF alpha-induced protein 8-like protein 3) belongs to the TNFAIP8 family. It acts as a negative mediator of apoptosis and may play a role in tumor progression. This gene suppresses the TNF-mediated apoptosis by inhibiting caspase-8 activity but not the processing of procaspase-8, subsequently resulting in inhibition of BID cleavage and caspase-3 activation.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the TNFAIP8L3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
An amino acid sequence from the C-terminus of human TNFAIP8L3 (RPNLKRICEGINKLLDEKVL) was used as the immunogen for this TNFAIP8L3 antibody.
After reconstitution, the TNFAIP8L3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
