TNFAIP2 tumor necrosis factor, alpha-induced protein 2 was originally referred to as B94, a TNFa primary response gene expressed in endothelial cells. It has subsequently been found to be involved with a number of different cancers. It is a promoter of nasopharyngeal cancer cell migration and has a genetic variant associated with head and neck cancer susceptibility. The aberrant expression of TNFAIP2 in the malignant cells of Hodgkin lymphoma and primary thymic large B-cell lymphoma may serve as a marker to distinguish them from other large B-cell lymphomas.
Provided assay concentrations are suggestions only, TNFAIP2 antibody titration may be required for optimal results.
A recombinant protein fragment from the internal region of TNFAIP2 was used as the immunogen for this antibody.
Aliquot the TNFAIP2 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
