Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha is a multifunctional proinflammatory cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily. It is involved in the regulation of a wide spectrum of biological processes including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, and has been implicated in a variety of diseases, including autoimmune diseases and cancer.
Titration of the TNF-a antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Mouse partial recombinant protein (AA 80-227) was used as the immunogen for this TNF-a antibody.
Store the lyophilized TNF-a antibody at 4oC. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
