TLR5 Antibody Human Colon IHC. Immunohistochemical analysis of FFPE human colon tissue following heat-induced epitope retrieval in pH8 EDTA buffer. Tissue sections were incubated with TLR5 Antibody at 2 ug/ml overnight, followed by an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB chromogen for visualization. Distinct membranous and cytoplasmic staining is observed in the colonic epithelial cells, with additional staining in scattered immune cells within the lamina propria, consistent with the known expression of TLR5 in epithelial and innate immune cell populations that detect bacterial flagellin. This staining pattern demonstrates that this TLR5 Antibody, a Flagellin Receptor Antibody, is suitable for detecting endogenous TLR5 expression in human FFPE colon tissue by immunohistochemistry.

TLR5 Antibody Human MCF-7 Cell WB. Western blot analysis of TLR5 was performed using human MCF-7 cell lysate. A distinct immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 98 kDa, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of TLR5. The strong, specific signal demonstrates endogenous expression of TLR5 in MCF-7 cells and is consistent with the receptor's role as a membrane-associated pattern recognition receptor that mediates bacterial flagellin recognition and innate immune signaling. These results demonstrate that this TLR5 Antibody, a Flagellin Receptor Antibody, is suitable for detecting endogenous TLR5 by Western blot.

TLR5 Antibody / Flagellin Receptor Antibody recognizes TLR5, a type I transmembrane pattern recognition receptor that plays a critical role in the innate immune response by detecting bacterial flagellin, the principal structural protein of bacterial flagella. TLR5 belongs to the Toll-like receptor family, a group of receptors that recognize conserved pathogen-associated molecular patterns and initiate rapid immune responses against invading microorganisms. TLR5 is expressed by epithelial cells, dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages, and several other immune cell populations, where it functions as an early sensor of bacterial infection. Upon binding bacterial flagellin, TLR5 undergoes receptor dimerization and recruits the adaptor protein MYD88, leading to activation of the nuclear factor kappa B and mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathways.
