T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT) is a transmembrane immune receptor encoded by the TIGIT gene and expressed on activated T cells and natural killer cells, where it functions as a key regulator of immune checkpoint signaling within the tumor microenvironment. 1. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.
