Description

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the tigger subfamily of the pogo superfamily of DNA-mediated transposons in humans. These proteins are related to DNA transposons found in fungi and nematodes, and more distantly to the Tc1 and mariner transposases. They are also very similar to the major mammalian centromere protein B.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the TIGD6 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids E16-D511) was used as the immunogen for the TIGD6 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the TIGD6 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
