TIAM1 is a protein that plays a crucial role in cell migration and invasion. In T cell lymphoma, increased expression of TIAM1 has been associated with enhanced invasive capabilities of cancer cells. TIAM1 promotes the formation of invasive structures called invadopodia, which facilitate cancer cell movement through tissues.
