T-Cell Intracellular Antigen-1 (TIA1) is involved in regulating gene expression and has been found to be essential for the maintenance of T-cell homeostasis. Research has shown that TIA1 is involved in alternative splicing and mRNA degradation, processes that are essential for the proper functioning of T-cells. In addition, TIA1 has been shown to play a role in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation. TIA1 also plays a role in the response to stress. When T-cells are exposed to stress, TIA1 relocalizes to stress granules and helps to regulate the translation of stress-induced mRNAs. This process is essential for the survival of T-cells under stress conditions.
Optimal dilution of the TIA1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Amino acids PKSTYESNTKQ were used as the immunogen for this TIA1 antibody.
Aliquot and store the TIA1 antibody at -20oC.
