Protein TFG is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TFG gene. There are several documented fusion oncoproteins encoded partially by this gene. This gene also participates in several oncogenic rearrangements resulting in anaplastic lymphoma and mixoid chondrosarcoma, and may play a role in the NF-kappaB pathway. Multiple transcript variants have been found for this gene.
Optimal dilution of the TFG antibody should be determined by the researcher.
E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids D121-R400) was used as the immunogen for the TFG antibody.
After reconstitution, the TFG antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
