Description

Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein Sm-D2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SNRPD2 gene. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the small nuclear ribonucleoprotein core protein family. It is required for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Sm-D2 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-K118) was used as the immunogen for the Sm-D2 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the Sm-D2 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
