SIGLEC6 Antibody Human Placental Tissue IHC. Immunohistochemistry was performed on FFPE human placenta tissue using SIGLEC6 Antibody. Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed in pH 8 EDTA buffer prior to incubation with the primary antibody at 2 ug/ml. Bound antibody was visualized using an HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody with DAB chromogen. At higher magnification, strong membranous staining with moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity is evident in placental trophoblasts, highlighting the characteristic cellular localization of SIGLEC6 within placental tissue. These results demonstrate that this Sialic Acid Receptor Antibody is suitable for immunohistochemical detection of SIGLEC6 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human placenta tissue.

SIGLEC6 Antibody recognizes sialic acid binding immunoglobulin like lectin 6 (SIGLEC6), also known as CD327, a member of the SIGLEC family of cell surface receptors that regulate immune cell signaling through recognition of sialic acid-containing glycans. SIGLEC6 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein containing extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains responsible for glycan binding and intracellular signaling motifs that modulate immune responses. Storage

After reconstitution, the SIGLEC6 Antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
