Description

Sideroflexin-5 has cation transmembrane transporter activity and citrate transmembrane transporter activity. It is broadly expressed in brain, liver, kidney and other tissues. Sideroflexin-5 is associated with Parkinson Disease. An important paralog of this gene is SFXN3/Sideroflexin-3.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Sideroflexin-5 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids Q34-L340) was used as the immunogen for the Sideroflexin-5 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the Sideroflexin-5 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
