Description

SFXN3, a mitochondrial membrane protein, is a member of sideroflexin family. Serum anti-SFXN3 autoantibody was elevated in early stage of the oral squamous cell carcinoma significantly, indicating its clinical value for diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Sideroflexin-3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids D32-L321) was used as the immunogen for the Sideroflexin-3 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the Sideroflexin-3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
