SH3 domain-binding protein 5 inhibits the auto- and transphosphorylation activity of BTK. Plays a negative regulatory role in BTK-related cytoplasmic signaling in B-cells. May be involved in BCR-induced apoptotic cell death.
Titration of the SH3BP5 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 63-97 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the SH3BP5 antibody.
Aliquot the SH3BP5 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
