Description

Septin-11 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SEPT11 gene. SEPT11 belongs to the conserved septin family of filament-forming cytoskeletal GTPases that are involved in a variety of cellular functions including cytokinesis and vesicle trafficking.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Septin 11 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

Amino acids EEVNNFQKKKAAAQLLQSQAQQ from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the Septin 11 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the Septin 11 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
