Description

This gene belongs to the class II amino-acyl tRNA family. The encoded enzyme catalyzes the transfer of L-serine to tRNA (Ser) and is related to bacterial and yeast counterparts. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described but the biological validity of all variants is unknown.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the SARS1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids K71-K483) was used as the immunogen for the SARS1 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the SARS1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
