RSBN1L Antibody / Lysine-specific demethylase RSBN1L Antibody (FY13552)

RSBN1L Antibody by FACS in human HEL cells. Intracellular flow cytometry using Lysine-specific demethylase RSBN1L Antibody shows a rightward fluorescence shift in fixed and permeabilized HEL cells compared with the isotype control. The antibody-stained population is shown in blue, the rabbit IgG isotype control in green and the unstained blank control in red. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, permeabilized and incubated with primary antibody at 1 ug per 1 x 10^6 cells for 30 minutes at 20oC. A fluorescent secondary antibody was used for detection. This experiment evaluates intracellular RSBN1L-associated immunoreactivity.

RSBN1L Antibody by WB in human hematopoietic cell lines. Western blot analysis using Lysine-specific demethylase RSBN1L Antibody detects a band near 100 kDa in K562 (lane 1), SH-SY5Y (lane 2), HEL (lane 3) and THP-1 (lane 4) whole-cell lysates. The observed migration is close to the calculated molecular weight of approximately 95 kDa. Each lane contained 30 ug of reduced lysate resolved by 10% SDS-PAGE before transfer to nitrocellulose. Membranes were blocked with 5% nonfat milk and incubated with primary antibody at 0.5 ug/mL overnight at 4oC. Immunoreactivity was visualized using an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.
