Description

Ras-related protein R-Ras is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RRAS gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a small GTPase involved in diverse processes including angiogenesis, vascular homeostasis and regeneration, cell adhesion, and neuronal axon guidance. Mutations in this gene are found in many invasive cancers.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the RRAS antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids E95-Q194) was used as the immunogen for the RRAS antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the RRAS antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
