Description

Pre-mRNA-splicing factor RBM22 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RBM22 gene. This gene encodes an RNA binding protein. The encoded protein may play a role in cell division and may be involved in pre-mRNA splicing. Related pseudogenes exist on chromosomes 6, 7, 9, 13, 16, 18, and X.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids D17-D406) was used as the immunogen for the RNA-binding protein 22 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the RNA-binding protein 22 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
