INSM1 Antibody INSM1/6286R Staining in Human Bladder Carcinoma by IHC. Immunohistochemistry staining of FFPE human bladder carcinoma using INSM1 Antibody (clone INSM1/6286R) shows strong brown nuclear labeling in a distinct population of tumor cells, with surrounding stromal and non-neoplastic cells showing minimal staining. HIER was performed by boiling tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9, for 20 min followed by cooling prior to antibody incubation. The sharply nuclear staining pattern is consistent with INSM1 localization and highlights neuroendocrine differentiation within the carcinoma using this IA-1 Monoclonal Antibody.

Immunohistochemistry staining of FFPE human neuroendocrine tumor using INSM1 Antibody (clone INSM1/6286R) shows widespread brown nuclear labeling throughout the neoplastic cell population, with individual positive nuclei clearly delineated. HIER was performed by boiling tissue sections in pH 9 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA for 20 min followed by cooling before testing. The predominantly nuclear staining pattern is consistent with the localization of INSM1 as a neuroendocrine transcription factor and demonstrates detection in neuroendocrine tumor tissue using this IA-1 Monoclonal Antibody.
