Produced by lymphocytes activated by specific antigens or mitogens. IFN-gamma, in addition to having antiviral activity, has important immunoregulatory functions. It is a potent activator of macrophages, it has antiproliferative effects on transformed cells and it can potentiate the antiviral and antitumor effects of the type I interferons. [UniProt]

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the recombinant IFNG antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Purified recombinant human Interferon gamma protein was used as the immunogen for the recombinant IFNG antibody.
Store the recombinant IFNG antibody at 2-8oC (with azide) or aliquot and store at -20oC or colder (without azide).
