Recombinant Human IgG Antibody rIG266 Tonsil Immunohistochemistry. IHC testing of FFPE human tonsil with recombinant human IgG antibody clone rIG266. Required HIER: boil tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
SDS-PAGE analysis of purified, BSA-free recombinant human IgG antibody (clone rIG266) as confirmation of integrity and purity.
Analysis of HuProt(TM) microarray containing more than 19,000 full-length human proteins using recombinant Human IgG antibody (clone rIG266). These results demonstrate the foremost specificity of the rIG266 mAb.
Z- and S- score: The Z-score represents the strength of a signal that an antibody (in combination with a fluorescently-tagged anti-IgG secondary Ab) produces when binding to a particular protein on the HuProt(TM) array. Z-scores are described in units of standard deviations (SD's) above the mean value of all signals generated on that array. If the targets on the HuProt(TM) are arranged in descending order of the Z-score, the S-score is the difference (also in units of SD's) between the Z-scores. The S-score therefore represents the relative target specificity of an Ab to its intended target.
Recombinant Human IgG Antibody rIG266 Human Serum WB. Western blot analysis was performed using Recombinant Human IgG Antibody rIG266 on human serum lysate. A distinct immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 50–55 kDa, consistent with the expected molecular weight of the human IgG heavy chain. The blot exhibits a strong, specific signal with minimal background, supporting reliable detection of endogenous human IgG in serum samples. These results demonstrate that Recombinant Human IgG Antibody rIG266 is suitable for Western blot detection of human IgG in serum.

Description

Recombinant Human IgG Antibody rIG266 is a recombinant antibody developed for the specific detection of human immunoglobulin G, the predominant immunoglobulin class in human serum and extracellular fluids. Human IgG consists of two gamma heavy chains and two light chains that function together to mediate antigen recognition, complement activation, opsonization, and Fc receptor engagement. As a recombinant antibody, Recombinant Human IgG Antibody rIG266 provides excellent lot-to-lot consistency and reproducible performance for immunological and biomedical research. NSJ Bioreagents supplies this antibody to support reliable detection of human IgG across a wide range of experimental applications.

Human IgG is produced by differentiated plasma cells following antigen stimulation and class-switch recombination and represents the principal mediator of long-term humoral immunity. Detection of IgG is fundamental to studies of plasma cell biology, antibody production, adaptive immune responses, autoimmune disease, infectious disease, and therapeutic antibody development. Recombinant Human IgG Antibody rIG266 enables sensitive detection of endogenous human IgG in tissues, serum, and additional biological specimens, making it a valuable reagent for immunology, pathology, and translational research.

Recombinant Human IgG Antibody rIG266 has also undergone Protein Microarray Validation, providing independent evidence of antibody specificity. Protein microarrays containing thousands of individual recombinant proteins enable comprehensive assessment of target recognition while identifying potential off-target interactions. This validation strategy offers researchers increased confidence that the antibody preferentially recognizes its intended target and supports reproducible experimental results. Protein microarray validation has become an important component of antibody characterization, particularly for investigators seeking highly specific reagents for demanding research applications.

Recombinant Human IgG Antibody rIG266 combines the consistency of recombinant antibody technology with the added confidence provided by Protein Microarray Validation. Whether investigating humoral immunity, plasma cell biology, antibody production, or immunological disease, this microarray-validated antibody provides dependable detection of human IgG for high-quality research applications.
