IHC staining of FFPE human thyroid with recombinant HSPB1 antibody (clone rHSPB1/6489). HIER: boil tissue sections in pH 9 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA for 20 min and allow to cool before testing.

SDS-PAGE analysis of purified, BSA-free recombinant HSPB1 antibody (clone rHSPB1/6489) as confirmation of integrity and purity.

Recombinant HSPB1 Antibody rHSPB1/6489 Detection in Human Tissues and Cell Lines WB. Western blot analysis of human heart, liver, skeletal muscle and skin tissue lysates, and A549 and HeLa cell lysates using Recombinant HSPB1 Antibody clone rHSPB1/6489 shows a strong, discrete band at approximately 27-28 kDa in all six samples, consistent with the expected migration of HSPB1/HSP27. Minimal background is observed across the tissue and cell lysates.
