His Tag Antibody Human 293T Cell IP. Immunoprecipitation was performed using lysates from human HEK293T cells expressing a His-tag fusion protein. Lane 1 shows the whole cell lysate control, lane 2 shows the rabbit IgG immunoprecipitation negative control, and lane 3 shows immunoprecipitation performed with recombinant rabbit monoclonal His Tag Antibody clone RM146. The immunoprecipitated protein was detected by Western blot using clone RM146. A strong band is specifically enriched in the RM146 immunoprecipitate with minimal signal in the IgG control, demonstrating that this Polyhistidine Tag Antibody efficiently and specifically captures His-tagged recombinant proteins for immunoprecipitation applications.

Specific immunoreactive bands are detected only in the transfected HEK293T cells and the E. coli lysate expressing the His-tagged protein, while the negative controls show no detectable signal. Immunogen
