This recombinant H3K27me3 antibody reacts to Histone H3 trimethylated at Lysine 27 (K27me3). No cross reactivity with monomethylated (K27me1) or dimethylated Lysine 27 (K27me2), or other methylations in Histone H3.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the recombinant H3K27me3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
1. A pH6 Citrate buffer or pH9 Tris/EDTA buffer HIER step is recommended for testing of FFPE tissue sections.
A trimethyl-peptide corresponding to Trimethyl-Histone H3 (Lys27) was used as the immunogen for this recombinant H3K27me3 antibody.
Store the recombinant H3K27me3 antibody at -20oC (with glycerol) or aliquot and store at -20oC (without glycerol).
