Immunohistochemistry staining of FFPE human inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor tissue using recombinant monoclonal clone ALK1/7008R demonstrates diffuse cytoplasmic HRP-DAB brown staining within spindle-shaped myofibroblastic tumor cells arranged in fascicular stromal patterns. The observed staining profile supports expression of ALK fusion-associated kinase protein in inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor-associated mesenchymal cellular populations. HIER: boil tissue sections in pH 9 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA for 20 min and allow to cool before testing.

Immunohistochemistry staining of FFPE human anaplastic large cell lymphoma tissue using recombinant monoclonal clone ALK1/7008R demonstrates scattered cytoplasmic HRP-DAB brown staining in malignant lymphoid cells distributed within fibrotic and adipose-associated stromal compartments. The staining pattern is consistent with ALK fusion protein-associated expression in ALK-positive lymphoma and highlights oncogenic kinase signaling within neoplastic hematolymphoid cellular populations.
