This gene encodes an RNA binding protein. The encoded protein may play a role in cell division and may be involved in pre-mRNA splicing. Related pseudogenes exist on chromosomes 6, 7, 9, 13, 16, 18, and X.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the RBM22 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 165-193 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the RBM22 antibody.
