Ras-related protein Rab-3C is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RAB3C gene. This gene is one of the small GTPases implicated in the regulation of vesicular trafficking between membrane compartments. The gene contains 6 exons and spans more than 310 kb. Rab3c functions as a transporting protein, and is most likely involved in vesicular traffic. It can interact with RIMS2, RPH3A and RPH3AL.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the Rab3C antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
An amino acid sequence from the C-terminus of human Rab3C (AITAAKQNTRLKET) was used as the immunogen for this Rab3C antibody.
After reconstitution, the Rab3C antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
