PSMC4 antibody recognizes the 26S proteasome regulatory subunit 6B, also known as TBP-7, a protein encoded by the PSMC4 gene. This subunit is a member of the AAA ATPase family and forms part of the 19S regulatory particle of the 26S proteasome.
