Description

PR/SET domain 15 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PRDM15 gene. Predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity; and promoter-specific chromatin binding activity. Predicted to be involved in positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; regulation of signal transduction; and regulation of stem cell division. Located in nuclear body.

Optimal dilution of the PRDM15 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids D24-Q1494) was used as the immunogen for the PRDM15 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the PRDM15 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
