Western blot of HEK293 lysate overexpressing mouse MK5/PRAK (first lane) or mouse MK2 (second lane) tested with right ) PRAK antibody (cat # R36080, 0.5ug/ml) and left) PRAK antibody (cat # R35126, 0.5ug/ml). No cross-reaction seen with MK2 protein.

PRAK antibody (cat # R36080 and R35126) used at 1.5ug for immunoprecipitation from lysates of PRAK/ERK3 double knockout mouse embryonic firbroblasts, with (third and fifth lanes) and without (fourth and sixth lanes) rescued PRAK/ERK3 expression through retroviral transduction.

IHC staining of FFPE human kidney with PRAK antibody at 5ug/ml. HIER: steamed with pH6 citrate buffer, AP-staining.
