Description

The PR65 subunit of protein phosphatase 2A serves as a scaffolding molecule to coordinate the assembly of the catalytic subunit and a variable regulatory B subunit.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the PPP2R1B antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
