Description

Polymerase (RNA) III (DNA directed) polypeptide G (32kD)-like, also known as RNA polymerase III 32 kDa beta subunit, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the POLR3GL gene. Predicted to enable chromatin binding activity. Involved in transcription by RNA polymerase III. Located in nucleus. Part of RNA polymerase III complex.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids R8-K156) was used as the immunogen for the POLR3GL antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the POLR3GL antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
