Description

PHYH2 catalyzes a carbon-carbon cleavage reaction; cleaves a 2-hydroxy-3-methylacyl-CoA into formyl-CoA and a 2-methyl-branched fatty aldehyde.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the PHYH antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 59-87 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the PHYH antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the PHYH antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
