Description

eNos produces nitric oxide, a reactive free radical which acts as a biologic mediator in several processes, including neurotransmission and antimicrobial and antitumoral activities. Nitric oxide is synthesized from L-arginine by nitric oxide synthases.

Application Notes

Titration of the phospho-eNos antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

This phospho-eNos antibody was produced from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding pS1177 of human eNos.

Storage

Aliquot the phospho-eNos antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
