PHLDA2 Antibody / Pleckstrin homology-like domain family A member 2 Antibody (FY13524)

PHLDA2 Antibody by IF in HeLa cells. Immunofluorescence staining using Pleckstrin homology-like domain family A member 2 Antibody shows green PHLDA2-associated signal distributed throughout the cytoplasm and around the nuclei of HeLa cells. Red alpha-tubulin staining outlines the microtubule-rich cytoplasmic compartment and provides a contrasting cellular reference. Cells were subjected to enzymatic antigen retrieval, blocked with goat serum, and incubated overnight at 4oC with PHLDA2 primary antibody at 5 ug/mL and an alpha-tubulin antibody. Fluorescent secondary antibodies were used to visualize the two targets. The merged image illustrates their distinct but overlapping cellular distributions.

Western blot analysis using Pleckstrin homology-like domain family A member 2 Antibody shows immunoreactivity around 20-25 kDa in human PC-3 (lane 1), A431 (lane 2), and HeLa (lane 3) cell lysates, rat kidney (lane 4), and mouse kidney (lane 5). Although the calculated mass is approximately 17 kDa, the observed 20-25 kDa migration agrees with independent antibody validation data reported by other vendors. Additional higher-molecular-weight signals are present in some human cell lanes. Reduced samples (30 ug per lane) were resolved by 12% SDS-PAGE; primary antibody incubation was performed at 0.5 ug/mL overnight at 4oC.
