Description

The protein encoded by this gene is a mutase that catalyzes the reversible reaction of 3-phosphoglycerate (3-PGA) to 2-phosphoglycerate (2-PGA) in the glycolytic pathway. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Optimal dilution of the PGAM1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids Q43-K254) was used as the immunogen for the PGAM1 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the PGAM1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
