Description

The protein encoded by this gene is a scaffold protein and an intermediate signaling protein in the innate immune response pathway. The encoded protein helps transmit the immune response signal from Toll-like receptors to IRAK1/TRAF6 complexes. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Pellino-3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids M1-R375) was used as the immunogen for the Pellino-3 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the Pellino-3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
