ETV4/PEA3 is a transcriptional activator that binds to the enhancer of the adenovirus E1A gene; the core-binding sequence is 5'[AC]GGA[AT]GT-3'.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the PEA3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 419-447 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the PEA3 antibody.
Aliquot the PEA3 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
