Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1), also called CD274, is involved in the costimulatory signal, essential for T- cell proliferation and production of IL10 and IFNG, in an IL2- dependent and a PDCD1-independent manner. Interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation and cytokine production.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the PD-L1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 252-290 from the C-terminal region of the human protein was used as the immunogen for the PD-L1 antibody.
Aliquot the PD-L1 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
