Pan-PKC antibody detects multiple isoforms of Protein kinase C, including PRKCA, PRKCB, PRKCD, PRKCE, PRKCG, and PRKCZ. Protein kinase C represents a family of serine threonine kinases that play central roles in transducing signals from membrane receptors to diverse downstream pathways.
