Oxsr1 regulates downstream kinases in response to environmental stress. May also have a function in regulating the actin cytoskeleton.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the OXSR1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 94-121 from the mouse protein was used as the immunogen for the OXSR1 antibody.
Aliquot the OXSR1 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
