Description

Deubiquitinating enzyme that hydrolyzes 'Lys-6'- and 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitin. Also hydrolyzes heterotypic (mixed and branched) and homotypic chains. [UniProt]

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the OTUD3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 192-220 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the OTUD3 antibody.

Storage
