Western blot testing of 1) human HepG2, 2) human HCCT, 3) human HCCP, 4) rat liver and 5) mouse liver tissue lysate with OIT3 antibody. Predicted molecular weight ~35/60 kDa (two isoforms) but may be seen at higher molecular weights due to glycosylation.
