Description

Nuclear distribution protein nudE-like 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NDEL1 gene. This gene encodes a coiled-coil protein that plays a role in multiple processes including cytoskeletal organization, cell signaling and neuron migration, outgrowth and maintenance. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome X.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Nudel antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E. coli-derived human protein (amino acids K80-C320) was used as the immunogen for the Nudel antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the Nudel antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
