NPTX1 is a member of the neuronal pentraxin family. Human neuronal pentraxin 1 is similar to rat NP1 which is a binding protein for the snake venom toxin taipoxin.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the NPTX1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 322-350 from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the NPTX1 antibody.
Aliquot the NPTX1 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
