NLRP4G is expressed in mouse ovaries, restricted to the oocytes at various follicular stages and decline with oocyte aging. The protein is oocyte specific, but testing shows it is not required for oocyte maturation, suggesting it plays a role in oogenesis.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the NLRP4G antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Amino acids 704-721 (SLQYLDLGCSFLTHSEVK-mouse) were used as the immunogen for this NLRP4G antibody.
