Description

Neuronal growth regulator 1 also known as NEGR1 is a protein which in humans is encoded by the NEGR1 gene. NEGR1 may be involved in cell-adhesion. May function as a trans-neural growth-promoting factor in regenerative axon sprouting in the mammalian brain (By similarity).

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the NEGR1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids Q36-H291) was used as the immunogen for the NEGR1 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the NEGR1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
