Description

NDRG1 is a cytoplasmic protein involved in stress responses, hormone responses, cell growth, and differentiation. It is necessary for p53-mediated caspase activation and apoptosis.

Application Notes

Titration of the NDRG1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 12-40 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this NDRG1 antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the NDRG1 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
