Description

Myoneurin (MYNN) gene locates on 3q26.2 and encodes a member of the BTB/POZ and zinc finger(ZF) domain containing protein family that is involved in the control of gene expression. MYNN is widely expressed in various tissue types in mammals. MYNN has 4 isoforms with the molecular mass of 10, 57, 65-69 kDa.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Myoneurin antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (A37-Q608) was used as the immunogen for the Myoneurin antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the Myoneurin antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
